Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks when ordering your stationery. Please give as much notice as possible because we get extremely busy! If you need your stationery in a rush, please get in touch as we will always try to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

All stationery is carefully packed and sent out to you by courier or by Royal Mail. It is your responsibilty to check your order carefully when you receive it, and notify us if any damage has occured whilst in transit within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us for any information regarding delivery charges.

Table Plans incur an extra delivery charge of £12.50 each -

this is because they are delicate and require special packaging to ensure their safe arrival!

You are very welcome to collect your stationery (by appointment) from us if you are in the area.

To place an order, please download our order form and order agreement form here.

A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. This can be paid by cheque or bank transfer. On receipt of your order, we will get in touch to thank you, let you know it has arrived safely and to get all the details we'll need for your stationery. We will then produce a proof for you - this needs to be signed off before any further work commences on your stationery. You are very welcome to order your stationery in stages (eg: save the date cards first, invitations later) and then, when you have an idea of final numbers, you can order additional items such as place cards and menus.
